We enclose herewith circular from the Malaysia Timber Industry Board (MTIB), the contents of which stated the Customs Duties Order 2012 and Customs Order (Pertaining to Prohibitions of Import and Export) 2012 which involve the restrictions of import and export of specified wood products. Constituent Chambers are kindly requested to disseminate the information to relevant members for their reference.
