征求捐款支援和抗击新冠肺炎所引发的健康危机

谨此通知,中总已经承诺捐助200万令吉,以协助抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)所造成的健康危机。
We are pleased to inform that the ACCCIM has pledged to donate RM two million to support the flight against the Covid 19 virus health crisis.
 
由于我国的医疗设备和医护人员正承受着巨大压力,因此,中总将各别捐助100万令吉予以下基金:
As the country’s medical facilities and health care workers are under a lot of stress, the ACCCIM’s donation of RM one million each will be channeled to the following Funds:
 
(1) The Edge新冠肺炎医疗设备基金
The Edge Covid-19 Equipment Fund
 
用于购买医疗设备,如防护服、口罩和呼吸器。
Money will be used to buy medical equipment like protective suits, masks and ventilators.
 
(2) The Edge医护工作者支援基金
The Edge Covid-19 Health Care Workers Support Fund
 
为那些因为照顾新冠肺炎病患,而遭受感染的医护工作者提供经济支援。
Money will be used to give financial assistance to health care workers who are infected while caring for Covid-19 patients.
 
这是由总会长丹斯里拿督戴良业、署理总会长丹斯里拿督林宽城和总财政谢松坤博士共同作出的决定,他们各别率先认捐20万令吉。
This is a collective decision made by President Tan Sri Ter Leong Yap, Deputy President Tan Sri Lim Kuang Sia and Treasurer Dr. Chia Song Kun, and each of them has agreed to contribute RM 200,000.00 towards this pledged by ACCCIM.
 
敬请会员、商家们,为中总这次的捐款行动贡献一份力量。我们尚需筹集140万令吉,如果成功筹募超过这个数额,中总领导将决定下一步的资助计划,以协助我国人民和国家抗击新冠肺炎疫情。
Members and Office Bearers please to contribute towards this pledged by ACCCIM. We need to raise another RM 1,400,000.00, and if we successfully raised fund beyond this amount, the ACCCIM leaders will then decide the next course of actions in order to help our nation and country to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.

马来西亚全国总商会总会长暨马来西亚中华总商会(中总)总会长丹斯里拿督戴良业将于近日率领马来西亚全国总商会会员商会领导到财政部,与财政部长东姑赛夫鲁会面,讨论工商界,包括大型、中小型公司及企业,因前所未有的新型冠状病毒肺炎以及行动管制防疫措施,面对着各种问题和压力,以寻求政府的协助,共谋策略及应对方案。
 
中总社会经济研究中心将协助草拟备忘录,提呈给政府考虑。
 
敬请全体会员将所面对的问题,原因以及建议之解决方案,提呈格式请依据附件(一),并于2020年3月23日下午4点前提呈巴生中总秘书处。
 
Tan Sri Datuk Ter Leong Yap, President of The National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (NCCIM) and President of The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) will be leading leaders of NCCIM Component Members to have a meeting with YB Tengku Dato’ Sri Zafrul Aziz, Minister of Finance to deliberate on problems encountered and pressures faced by businesses, including large corps, mid, SMEs and entrepreneurs during this unprecedented times due to the outbreak of Covid 19 and the Movement Control Order so as to seek remedial measures and assistance from the Government.
 
ACCCIM Socio-Economic Research Centre (SERC) will prepare a memorandum for submission and consideration by the Government.
 
KCCCI Members are requested provide feedback and suggestion by using Template provided as Annex 1. Issues to be raised should clearly state the problems encountered (what is the issue), the context or background of the issue and recommendation on solutions to the problems. Kindly submit the feedback to the KCCCI Secretariat before 4.00 p.m. on 23th March 2020.

We truly apologise for the delay in responding to your enquiries as we are receiving overwhelming response on all our platforms. Fortunately, we are only able to provide the information required following the approval by the National Security Council (NSC) under the Prime Minister's Office.
 
For your information, manufacturers that are producing essential products listed in Lampiran A may apply to MITI to seek approval for their operations to resume. Applications can made online via https://miti.gov.my/index.php/forms/form/141 (Lampiran C)
 
For factories that are not producing goods recognised as essential, but need to ensure their machinery keep functioning in warm idle mode may seek for approval from MITI by applying here https://miti.gov.my/index.php/forms/form/143 (Lampiran D)
