侨务委员会“2015年烘培制作班”
Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission’s 2015 Baking Culinary Training Course
 
侨务委员会将于2015年5月25日至6月5日举办上述制作班,以协助商家培训相关专业技能及提升经营事业能力。制作班由弘光科技大学承办,课程内容包括各类烘培糕点制作原理(方法)、材料、设备等基础课程以及观摩参访相关知名业者等。
 
有意参加者年龄必须介于20岁至65岁,通晓中文,有意学习烘培糕点实作相关创业技术者。每间公司限定一人。
 
侨委会将承担参加者在台培训期间的午餐(不含晚餐及5月31日自由活动日之午、晚餐)、课程教材、师资及场地等学、杂费。参加者须自行承担往返交通费、膳宿及书籍等个人费用。

Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission (OCAC) will be organising the 2015 Baking Culinary Training Course from 25th May to 5th June 2015 with the objectives to provide training on professional baking culinary skill and strengthen the business management capability. The training course is co-organised by Hungkuang University. Programmes include the basic course in pastry making theory (method), ingredients, facilities and visit to related companies etc.
 
Participants are those interested in learning baking culinary technique, aged between 20 - 65 years old and have working knowledge in Mandarin.  Each company can only send one participant.
 
OCAC will pay for lunches (excluded dinners and lunch and dinner on 31st May 2015, i.e. the day on the free programme) course fee and administrative charges during the programme.  Participants are required to pay for their own return air fare, accommodation and other own expenses.

Interested members are required to return the duly completed registration form to ACCCIM Secretariat before 1st April 2015 to facilitate arrangement.  Submission without complete information or late submission will not be attended.
