苏丹苏莱曼大厦兴建于1909年，是巴生历史最悠久的建筑物之一，也是英国殖民政府早年在巴生的县署办公大厦。
The Sultan Sulaiman Building, better known as the White House of Klang, was built in 1909 by the British colonial government as the district office of Klang.

在过去98年来，这座白宫随着岁月迁移不断改变其用途，包括日本军事基地，雪州警察总部，巴生地庭等，写下无数的历史。最近，当局已将这座白宫改造成为“皇家展览馆”。

Over the past 98 years, the building was used for many different purpose, including that of being the administrative centre for the Japanese imperial army, the Selangor state police headquater, and Klang courthouse among others. Recently, the government has turned the building into a gallery, “The Royal Gallery”.
