中小型企业资信柜台

中小型企业资信柜台. SME HELP DESK

我国自2020年3月18日起进入行动管制令,以便有效控制新冠肺炎疫情的扩散,截至2021年3月份,政府一共推出了6个援助配套,即:关怀人民振兴经济配套(Prihatin)、关怀人民振兴经济中小型企业附加配套(Prihatin PKS Tambahan)、国家经济重振计划(PENJANA)、我们关怀援助配套(Kita Prihatin)、安心援助配套(PERMAI)和经济与人民强化配套(PEMERKASA),以及2021年财政预算案当中的援助措施,以减轻人民负担,并援助我国中小企业。

 
有鉴于政府推出的援助配套中涉及机构众多,巴生中华总商会决定设立中小企业资信柜台,整理出各奖掖、援助金、低息贷款等信息,以便会员商家们能及时掌握政府的最新资讯,并上载至本会网站以供会员商家们参阅。除了以上疫情之间推出的配套之外,本会也整理出政府一路来所推出的配套和奖掖。同时,会员商家若有疑问,可联系本会秘书处,本会会视问题状况,安排该领域的专业人士进行解答;若是会员商家想要深入了解,本会亦可安排诊疗所咨询服务,惟需向本会秘书处进行预约。

The RM4 billion facility is for affected SMEs in the services sector. Offered at a rate of up to 3.5%, TRRF will be available through participating financial institutions, with guarantee coverage by Credit Guarantee Corporation (CGC) or Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan (SJPP).

SMEs that are recipients of the Special Relief Facility (SRF), PENJANA Tourism Financing (PTF) and PENJANA SME Financing (PSF) are not eligible to apply for TRRF. For SMEs in the tourism and tourismrelated services subsectors, assistance remains available under the existing PTF.

1 Market Development Grant (MDG) The Market Development Grant (MDG) is a support initiative in the form of a reimbursable grant. 2 Automation Capital Allowance (Automation CA) Incentive for Services Sector The Automation Capital Allowance (Automation CA) incentive for services sector was introduced in the National Budget 2020. The existing Automation CA for Category 2 of the manufacturing sector has been expanded to the services sector in order to drive the services sector towards automation. This incentive falls under the First Thrust of the Budget 2020: Driving Economic Growth in the New Economy and Digital Era. 4 Tax Incentives for Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) Companies providing integrated logistics services are eligible for Pioneer Status or Investment Tax Allowance as follows:
  • Pioneer Status
Pioneer Status with tax exemption of 70% of statutory income for five (5) years. Unabsorbed pioneer losses after the end of pioneer period are allowed to be carried forward for 7 consecutive year of assessment; or
  • Investment Tax Allowance
Investment Tax Allowance of 60% of qualifying capital expenditure incurred within five years. The allowance can be offset against 70% of statutory income for each year of assessment. Unutilised allowances can be carried forward until fully absorbed.
