1.    Malaysian owned company (minimum 60% Malaysian shareholding)

 

2.    Incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 / Companies Act 2016 / Registration of Business 1956 / Limited Liability Partnership Act 2012 / Co-operative Act 1993

 

3.    Exporting Made in Malaysian Products or Services or Malaysian Brands

 

4.    High level of automation, including substantial digital presence (preferable)

 

5.    Good branding / packaging

 

6.    Currently exporting with compliance to export requirements

 

7.    Operational capabilities (financial, production & manpower) to support eCommerce

 

8.    Popular products suitable for the China market (preferable)
