检讨有关食品条例事项建议草案2013及食品广告建议草案2013

Food (Amendment) (No._) Regulations 2013 and Draft Food Advertisement Regulations 2013

 

本会接获马来西亚卫生部 (Ministry of Health Malaysia) 的来函，随函附上了有关修改1985年的食品条例事项的建议草案及食品广告建议草案2013。

 

本会法律组正收集各属会商家的相关反馈。请各属会将有关草案传达给会员商家，并收集有关反馈，于2013年8月28日前呈交本会秘书处，以利处理为盼。

 

We enclose herewith the information from the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) relating to the proposed amendments to the Food Regulations 1985 and Food Advertisement Regulations 2013.

 

ACCCIM Legal Affairs Committee would like to collect feedback from the members with regard to the proposed amendments. Hence, the ACCCIM is in the process of preparing the proposal paper to the MOH. Constituent Chambers are requested to gather relevant views and proposals from members, and submit to the ACCCIM Secretariat latest by 28th August 2013.  Issues to be raised should state the item, brief reasoning and proposed amendment.
