本会接获马来西亚卫生部 (Ministry of Health Malaysia) 的来函，随函附上了有关修改1985年的食品条例事项的建议草案。卫生部要求本会在条例落实前提呈意见，请各属会协助收集有关意见，并于最迟2013年7月25日呈交本会秘书处。所提呈的课题，请清楚列明条例项目、原因简述及建议修改方案。

We enclose herewith the letter from the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), which contains a few draft proposals relating to the proposed amendments to the 1985 Food Regulation. MOH would like to collect feedback from the members of ACCCIM in regards with the proposed amendments. Hence, the ACCCIM is in the process of preparing the proposal paper to the MOH. Constituent Chambers are requested to gather relevant views and proposals from members, and submit to the ACCCIM Secretariat latest by 25st July 2013.  Issues to be raised should state the item, brief reasoning and proposed amendment.
