台湾侨务委员将于2013年3月26日至4月2日举办上述观摩团，邀请台湾专业教师及知名业者教授烘焙专业课程，并安排专人导览参观“2013年台北国际烘焙及设备展”，及实地观摩参访台湾知名相关企业。
有意参加者年龄必须介于20岁至65岁之间，通晓中文，有意以烘焙创业或开展新商机者。
侨委会将承担参加者在台期间的学、杂费。参加者须自行承担往返交通费、研习期间住宿及部分膳食费，以及于报到时缴交报名费新台币3千元。

有兴趣者请在最迟2013年1月24日之前，将填妥之报名表格及确认书提呈本会秘书处，以作处理。逾期呈交、资料不符或不齐全者恕不处理。敬请各属会将有关讯息传达予相关会员商家是盼。谨此函达。
Taiwan Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission (OCAC) will be organising the above programme from 26th March to 2nd April 2013 in Taipei, Taiwan. Besides teaching the skills of bakery, participants will also visit to the Taipei International Bakery Show 2013 and famous companies in this industry.
Participants should be those who wish to start up their business or explore more business opportunities in bakery industry with age between 20-65 years old, and well versed in Mandarin.
OCAC will pay for course fee and administrative charges. Participants need to pay for their own air ticket, accommodation and food. Registration fee of NTD 3,000 need to be paid upon arrival.

Interested members kindly return the duly completed registration form to Secretariat before 24th Jan 2013 to facilitate arrangement. Submissions without complete information and/ or late submission will not be attended.
