This seminar is organized by Taiwan Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission; co-organized by Taipei Economic and Cultural office in Malaysia; promoted by the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM). The theme is on “creativity and innovation”. The half day seminar is scheduled as follows :
